Hope you had a good morning so far! We're just reaching out to inform you that the standards have changed for any hardness testers used in heat treating for Aerospace Industries. Your hardness testers will need to be calibrated directly instead of indirectly.
We have the capabilities to handle all force calibrations for you in an inexpensive and expedient manner. This way you can avoid the perilous journey of trying to get certifications from the manufacturer. If this is something you would be interested in, please contact us at any time. We would be more than excited to provide you with a solution before your next audit. Scroll down for more information on the topic or talk to one of our representatives about it. Call 815-356-5839 |

- ALL hardness testers in accordance with ASTM E18 (Rockwell) or ASTM E10 (Brinell), including stationary testers, must be able to document that they have passed Direct Verification at some point and have not been rebuilt since that time without re-performing Direct Verification.
- The ASTM hardness testing specifications referenced above, all have in common that they require 3 types of Verifications: Initial Direct Verification, Indirect Verification periodically and Daily Verification.
- We offer the most competitive prices in this avenue, and would be honored to service you with your calibration needs. Give us a call now so you don't have to deal with it last minute! 815-356-5839
